TANER ŞEKERCİOĞLU
Based in İstanbul.
Studied architecture (BArch) and photography (MFA).
Concentrates on the relationship between humans and their physical environment, focusing mainly on topics like human mobility in dense urban contexts, perception and interpretation of manmade spaces, interactivity between terrain and man, the vulnerability of the process of shaping/remaking/reclaiming land, irresponsible consumption of resources, creating spatial memories and leaving marks on the planet's surface.
Works with photographs, conceptual products, digital collages and multilayered wall sculptures.
